Where does one start, this years Team WAKO GB Weekend Training Camp was simply one of the best.
Two years we have waited to get back to Lilleshall, so that competitors from all around the UK can meet up and enjoy our weekend camp. Just want to say a big thank you to all of the coaches who delivered a mouth watering two days of Points Fighting, Light Contact, Kick Light, Full Contact, K1 and Musical Forms.
With team selections now completed we can look forward to three months of intense training for everyone who has made the team. Well done everyone.
