The challenge was set in May 2020, in the midst of this pandemic lockdown. The task was to send in a short video of what WAKO GB squad members were doing to stay fighting fit.
We had so many excellent lockdown videos sent in. It was a hard decision that the WAKO GB Coaches had to make, but in the end, they came to their final decision……
