This is an ‘open to all’ squad training – run by our team of excellent WAKO GB Coaches. Disciplines are Points Fighting, Light Contact, Lick Light, K1, Low Kicks, Full Contact and Musical Forms.
Finalists from the WAKO British Championships are required to attend to be eligible for selection for this year’s World and European Championships, and World Combat Games and World Games. Competitors taking part in the EUSA University Games are also requested to attend.
