11am to 12pm Points Fighting
12:15 to 1:15pm Full Contact & K1
1:30 to 2:30pm Light Contact and Kick Light
You are welcome to do all 3 training sessions – even if you don’t normally train or fight in that discipline.

- there will be a different sign-in code for each discipline, but the cost is still only £10 whether you do 1, 2 or 3 sessions.
- You MUST have your camera on to take part in these sessions.
